Sara Chambers
Meet Sara. She’s the lady behind Elly and Nora, calling the shots, directing the team, and making the magic.
She loves collaborating, community, and coffee. Alliteration is clearly her favorite literary device and she’s a fierce advocate for the Oxford comma. Before Sara founded Elly and Nora, she spent the greater part of her career helping non-profits, authors, and lifestyle brands in marketing, public relations, communications, and everything in between.
She loves good food, deep conversation, and the thrill of a perfect thrift store find. She’s an Enneagram 8 and knows that Heaven is filled with the best books.
She’s passionate about helping her clients achieve results that grow their income and ultimately their impact.
She’ll be walking you through the personal branding process with a mix of teaching and hands-on experience.
Jenna Karwoski
Meet Jenna. She’s the lady behind the camera making sure to capture you in the best light.
Jenna Karwoski is a headshot, branding, and custom portrait photographer, serving the Arizona Valley & Washington State. With over 15 years in business as a professional photographer, Jenna Karwoski is a master at her craft. Providing clients with the highest level of service.
A master in posing and coaching, Jenna will create the most incredible experience followed by the most phenomenal images you’ve ever seen of yourself!

Our MOVEMENT studio features far infrared heating towers that gently warm and detoxify the body – the ambient temperature may rise between 85-90. All B MVMNT classes utilize dynamic asana, primal movement + vibration to set ourselves free from emotional wounds while creating long-lasting bonds between students. Our carefully crafted space is wide open for you to relax, make yourself feel at home + connect deeply with the staff and students. We offer monthly community events + workshops to enhance our knowledge and continue to grow together – not apart.
