When we first met the team, they were all doing business under the name of Dough Broker with three sub brands– No Knead Bakery for manufacturing services, Senza Glutine for their gluten free products, and Ettor Anthony’s for their more traditional dough products.
Their branding was segmented and there was no clear way to talk about the business. Even the Founder struggled with how to describe what he did. Even though the business was successful and had a loyal customer base, the structure was confusing and the visuals painted a picture of a company that was disorganized and dated.
The team didn’t have a streamlined and clear way to go after new business because their website didn’t represent them well in visuals or functionality. Every team member had a workaround for doing their job instead of access to branded resources.
We worked with the No Knead team to strategize the structure of their family of brands with the elimination of Dough Broker, establish consistent brand messaging/ positioning, design cohesive visuals that would tie all the brands together, design all three websites that would work together to tell a consistent story, and establish a collection of valuable resources that the team could use to represent their brand and grow.
The result are three stunning brands that are able to stand alone, yet remain connected to one another under the No Knead Bakery umbrella
